758. The Toy-Maker’s Assistant: a mindful story and meditation for kids
Uli Unicorn helps C.J. and their dad repair some worn-down toys.
Story Begins: 3:37
The Toy-Maker’s Assistant Excerpt:
One drizzly Ahway Island day, the rain outside created a soft, tinkling sound on the bedroom window. Uli, the fluffy stuffed unicorn, was snugly perched on the bed, listening to its gentle rhythm. The room felt warm and cozy, and from his spot on the bed, Uli had the perfect view of what was happening throughout the room.
Currently, Uli’s gaze was fixed on C.J. and their dad, who were huddled near the toy box. Uli watched intently as they began to carefully lift each toy from the box. At first, he thought they might be gearing up for some playtime fun. But, to Uli’s surprise, instead of starting an exciting game, they were gently placing each toy on the floor, side by side. The toys formed a growing circle, and Uli couldn’t help but wonder what was happening.
