Jeff inspected his clothes again. There was a spot of dirt on his knee. “Okay…Maybe I am a little dirty,” he said. Jeff stood up and scooped Takoda off the chair. “Takoda, you better come, too.”
Takoda felt surprised. A bath? He had never been part of bath time before. The teddy bear knew Jeff took baths all the time, so he guessed it would be okay.
Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.
