Instant slumber: I originally found this podcast out of desperation trying to get my 5yr old to sleep on his own and to help with some anxiety and behaviors we were seeing. After listening to the first few episodes he started doing “dragon breaths” at school to help himself calm down when he was frustrated. He also taught the other kids 💚! The funny part is that we rarely even make it through to the story, he’s out before we end with the meditation 😊. I’ve shared the podcast with my other mom friend that are looking for calming help with their kiddos.
