Ep 941. Feeling Better: a soothing story and children’s meditation

Sachi the snake is feeling irritable today, but learns that it’s all part of growing up!
Narrator: Female
Story Begins: 3:28
Feeling Better Excerpt:
Today, the little snake looked a bit faded. His usual deep green appeared a bit gray. The patterns on his skin had disappeared. His bright yellow stripe looked white. Even the sparkle in his eyes seemed clouded over.
Sachi felt…off. He didn’t feel sick, exactly, just…strange. His back was uncomfortable. His belly was uncomfortable. His tail was uncomfortable. And he felt grumpy. Everything just felt more difficult today, which was why he was trying to find a nice resting place.
Today’s Meditation: Imagine that you are a graceful willow tree in today’s meditation.
