Ep 985. Call and Answer: a bedtime story and meditation for kids
Geena Grouse longs to meet another grouse, so she does a special call. Will she make a new friend?
Narrator: Male
Story Begins: 4:02
Call and Answer Excerpt:
It was afternoon in the Ahway Island animal sanctuary. The weather was nearly perfect, with the sun shining brightly overhead. A few butterflies flitted over a patch of wildflowers growing along the bank of a small lake.
Geena Grouse was out and about scrounging for food. As she did this, she looked around, observing the world. She loved to see how everything changed from day to day as some plants grew, while others faded. It was interesting how different creatures lived their lives alongside her in the sanctuary.
Today’s Meditation: Feel calm and relaxed as you imagine a baby elephant and its mama.
